Caseys General Stores (CASY Quote) upgraded at Barclays to Overweight from Equal Weight on solid business model and strong long-term growth prospects. Price target increased to $38 from $30. 2010 EPS estimate set at $2.45.

Caterpillar (CAT Quote) upgraded at Credit Suisse to Outperform from Neutral on expanding emerging markets, rebound in NA machinery. Price target surged to $63 from $40. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates set at $1.43 and $1.95, respectively.

Calamos (CLMS Quote) upgraded at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch upgraded CLMS to Buy from Underperform on valuation.

Consol Energy (CNX Quote) downgraded at JP Morgan to Neutral. Stock may have peaked in the near term, ahead of earnings.
