Del Monte Offers $450 Million In Senior Notes

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Del Monte Foods Co. on Thursday said its subsidiary Del Monte Corp. will offer $450 million in senior notes in a private offering.
In addition to its namesake brand, Del Monte sells products under the College Inn and Contadina brands. Del Monte also sells pet food under the Meow Mix, 9Lives and Kibbles 'n Bits names. Shares of the company rose 6 cents to $11.39 in morning trading.- Loading Comments...
