Oracle: Analysts' Upgrades, Downgrades

Black & Decker (BDK Quote) downgraded at UBS from Buy to Neutral. $50 price target. Valuation call, as the stock is up 70% since the beginning of July.

Peabody Energy (BTU Quote) downgraded at UBS to Neutral. Valuation call, as the stock is up 140% from its lows. $40 price target.

BorgWarner (BWA Quote) downgraded at Keybanc from Buy to Hold. Estimates also cut, to reflect lower commercial vehicle demand, especially in Europe.

Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE Quote) upgraded at Soleil from Hold to Buy. $25 price target. Valuation call, as the company is starting to see improving trends.

Foster Wheeler (FWLT Quote) upgraded at Goldman from Neutral to Buy. Company trades at a reasonable valuation and has leverage to Australia LNG growth. $41 price target.

Kroger (KR Quote) downgraded at Morgan Stanley to Equal-weight from Overweight on price competition and lackluster 2010 sales trends. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates lowered to $1.93 from $2.05 and to $2.05 from $2.25, respectively. Price target set at $27.

MGM Mirage (MGM Quote) upgraded at Argus from Sell to Buy. $18 price target. Recent financial improvement has reduced risks. Renovations should also drive new traffic, once the economy recovers.

Medco Health (MHS Quote) downgraded at Goldman from Buy to Neutral. Valuation call.

NetApp (NTAP Quote) downgraded at MKM from Buy to Neutral. Valuation call, based on a $25 price target. Quarter appears to be tracking on plan.

Nucor (NUE Quote) upgraded at Citigroup from Hold to Buy. $57 price target. Stock looks relatively cheap, and should return to profitability in the fourth quarter.
