BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) — Customer support software maker RightNow Technologies Inc. said Wednesday it has completed its $6 million acquisition of HiveLive Inc., a social networking firm which helps businesses build online communities.
RightNow said last week its customers have been looking for technology that can help them tap social networks for product ideas and shape the way their businesses are perceived in these places. Shares of RightNow fell 3 cents to close at $12.20.- Loading Comments...
