BJ's Restaurants Names William Hyde Jr. To Board

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (AP) BJ's Restaurants Inc. said Thursday it appointed William L. Hyde Jr. to its board as an independent director, effective immediately.
Hyde will also serve on the board's compensation committee. Hyde's appointment brings the total number on the restaurant operator's board to eight. Hyde has managed private and public resturant companies during his career and served as chief executive of Chart House Restaurants.
