Standard Pacific Starts Notes Cash Tender Offer

IRVINE, Calif. (AP) — Homebuilder Standard Pacific Corp. on Thursday said it started a cash tender offer for up to $175 million in notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest.
The offers for notes are scheduled to expire on Oct. 7. The company is offering to tender cash for a variety of different notes including 6.5 percent notes due Aug. 15, 2010, 6.875 percent notes due May 15, 2011; and 7.75 percent notes due March 15, 2013. The company added it will buy only up to $50 million in principal amount of validly tendered 2013 Notes. Shares rose 10 cents, or 2.8 percent, to $3.62 during morning trading.- Loading Comments...
