Phoenix Tech Amends Complaint In DeviceVM Suit
MILPITAS, Calif. (AP) — Phoenix Technologies Ltd. said Friday it filed an amended complaint in its lawsuit against DeviceVM Inc. and a former employee.
The suit alleges trade-secret theft and conversion of intellectual property assets by DeviceVM, a privately held software company based in San Jose, Calif. The case is pending in Santa Clara County Superior Court. Shares of Phoenix fell 9 cents, or 2.5 percent, to $3.56 in midday trading.TheStreet Premium Services
