Ventas Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO (AP) Healthcare real estate investment trust Ventas Inc. said Monday its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 51.25 cents per share.
The dividend is payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 11. Ventas owns and manages properties, which include nursing homes, senior residential communities, hopsitals and medical office buildings, in 43 states and Canada.- Loading Comments...
