Solera Sees Fiscal 2010 Earnings, Revenue Gains

SAN DIEGO (AP) — Solera Holdings Inc., which provides software and services for the auto insurance claims industry, said Thursday it expects to earn an adjusted profit of between $1.76 per share and $1.83 per share for the fiscal year 2010.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters forecast a profit of $1.82 per share for the fiscal year ending in June.

The company expects revenue of $594 million to $602 million, while analysts expect $591.6 million.

Solera's earned 85 cents per share on revenue of $557.7 million in fiscal 2009. Adjusted earnings were $1.61 a share.

Shares rose 59 cents, or 2.3 percent, to close Thursday at $26.69.
