Cray Buys Software Assets From SiCortex

SEATTLE (AP) — Supercomputer maker Cray Inc. said Thursday it bought PathScale Compiler Suite software assets from SiCortex for an undisclosed amount.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. "Our main goal for this acquisition was to provide clear direction for those Cray customers who want to continue using the PathScale Compiler Suite on Cray supercomputers," said President and CEO Peter Ungaro, in a statement.
