NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening.

EMC (EMC Quote): "The talk of EMC and Cisco Systems (CSCO Quote) getting together makes it one red hot tech stock to own."

Rockwood Holdings (ROC Quote): "There is room to grow in this one, but with it having run already over 300%, I think we missed it. Let's wait for a pullback before we consider this one."

Chesapeake Energy (CHK Quote): "This one is up a lot. I think this one is not as good as Devon Energy (DVN Quote). I'd rather see you over there."

Yahoo! (YHOO Quote): "I'm disappointed by Yahoo! I'm on the fence. I can't think of a reason to buy it."
