Acxiom Names 2 New Board Members

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Data management firm Acxiom Corp. said Monday Jerry D. Gramaglia and Clark M. Kokich will join its board of directors.

Gramaglia is currently a private investor and adviser to technology startups. He recently served as partner for Arrowpath Venture Partners, and was previously president and chief operating officer at E-Trade Group Inc.

Kokich is chairman at Razorfish, a Seattle-based digital marketing and technology consulting firm that was acquired by Microsoft in 2007 and sold earlier this month to French advertising company Publicis Groupe SA for $530 million in cash and stock.

Acxiom shares ended Monday down 16 cents at $9.88.
