Eagle Materials Promotes 2 Executives

DALLAS (AP) — Building materials Eagle Materials Inc. said Monday it has promoted D. Craig Kesler to executive vice president for finance and administration and chief financial officer.
In addition, the Dallas company said William R. Devlin has been promoted to senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer. And Robert S. Stewart has been hired as executive vice president for strategy, corporate development and communications. Kesler was vice president for investor relations and corporate development since 2005. Devlin was director of internal audit and was vice president and controller since 2005. Shares rose one cent to $27.90 in morning trading.- Loading Comments...
