NEW YORK (TheStreet.com) - Planning a drive through New Zealand anytime soon? Well, get your iPhone(AAPL Quote) ready as TomTom's much-anticipated GPS application has appeared in Apple's New Zealand App Store. Though it's unclear if the release was a premature addition, expect to see the app in multiple countries in the very near future.

But if you're impatient like me, maybe Microsoft's (MSFT Quote) new baby, "Bing" is the route to go, which is reportedly giving Google (GOOG Quote) a run for their money. Fortunately for Yahoo(YHOO Quote), it sounds like that recently inked partnership with Microsoft was a good move .

At any rate, if you're driving somewhere this summer, don't forget your car insurance. It might be tough to remember now that Geico (BRK.A Quote)and Progessive (PGR Quote) are among several companies that have officially pulled their advertisements from the Glenn Beck show, after the host made some controversial comments about President Barack Obama. Other advertisers to nix their deals include Wal-Mart(WMT Quote), Radioshack (RSH Quote), CVS(CVS Quote), Travelocity and Allergan (AGN Quote), the maker of Restasis. Though it's a big hit to the show's morale, Fox News(NWS Quote) has simply shifted ads to other shows, that is until the underground powers that be decide to form a mass boycott of O'Reilly and Hannity too.

So ok, you won't see Best Buy(BBY Quote) promoting themselves on Beck's show anytime in the near future. But I'm sure the company will still remain a household name, especially when they knock the price down for Sony's(SNE Quote) new slimmer Playstation 3, whose new lower price apparently leaked early in a Kmart.com (SHLD Quote) ad.

All in all, it's great news for me because I'll finally be able to play this new copy of "Madden 2010"(ERTS Quote) I just scored! I guess the only disappointing thing is Brett Favre , which CBS (CBS Quote) station WCCO-TV in Minneapolis reports now plays for The Vikings. I thought he retired, twice?
