MeadWestvaco To Offer $250 Million In Notes
RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — MeadWestvaco Corp., which makes paper and plastic products, said Monday it will offer $250 million in notes due 2019 in a public offering.
Proceeds will be used for a tender offer of up to $250 million in 6.85 percent notes due 2012 and for general corporate purposes. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Citi and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
