2 Of Clifton Savings Board Members Re-elected
CLIFTON, N.J. (AP) Clifton Savings Bancorp Inc. said Friday John H. Peto and Joseph C. Smith have been re-elected to the board to serve three-year terms that will expire in 2012.
At the bank's annual meeting, 98.8 percent voted in favor of Peto and 98.7 percent voted in favor of Smith. The company plans on buying back stock and paying dividends. Shares declined 31 cents, or 2.9 percent, to $10.49.- Loading Comments...
