State Auto Financial Declares 15-cent Dividend

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) State Auto Financial Corp., a property and casualty insurance holding company, said Friday that its board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents.
The dividend will be paid on Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 14. State Auto shares fell 78 cents, or 4.4 percent, to $17.17 in afternoon trading.- Loading Comments...
