Olson Retires From MDU Resources Board

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) MDU Resources Group Inc. on Thursday said John L. Olson has retired from its board of directors.
The energy, mining and construction company said Olson had been a member of the board since 1985, serving on its nominating committee since 1987 and as chair of that committee since 1996. Olson is retiring because of a provision in the company's bylaws that requires outside directors to retire when they reach age 70. Shares of MDU Resources slid 31 cents to $20.48 in afternoon trading.- Loading Comments...
