NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening.

Navistar (NAV Quote): "I think the world of Navistar. I think this is a 2010 story and not a 2009 story. "

Yahoo! (YHOO Quote): "I think that its CEO has set the bar too high and now she's set to disappoint. I'm going to say don't buy."

Coinstar (CSTR Quote): "They have these kiosks that everyone likes and they're practically a monopoly. I think the quarter will be there and I like the stock."

United States Steel (X Quote): "This has had a monster move off the bottom. However at these prices, I like Nucor (NUE Quote) a lot more. Swap out of yours for mine."

EMCOR Group (EME Quote): "If you frame it as a recovery play rebounding on its 2010 earnings, then I'll say OK."

Hanesbrands (HBI Quote): "It's a little expensive. I'm going to say don't buy and go with VF Corp (VFC Quote), which is a higher quality name."

Gran Tierra Energy (GTE Quote): "No, no. We have XTO Energy (XTO Quote), Apache (APA Quote) and Anadarko Petroleum (APC Quote) that are all better than yours."

Oracle (ORCL Quote): "I'm liking that one. I'd like to be a buyer right here on that one."

Cypress Semiconductor (CY Quote): "It's at the heart of my mobile Internet tsunami. I'd pull the trigger right here."

Dell (DELL Quote): "That was not a good quarter and I think it's stalled here. There are too many other great tech plays."
