NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Scotts Miracle-Gro (SMG Quote): "They gave us a blow out quarter and that reversal is unwarranted. I want you to hang on, that one is a winner."

Occidental Petroleum (OXY Quote): "I like OXY, it's a well run company. I prefer it to the vast majority of oil companies, but it doesn't have a yield, so let's say don't buy for now."

Motorola (MOT Quote): "I was shocked that they could actually make money. I think they might be out of the woods. I'd consider buying some on any pullback, but remember, Apple (AAPL Quote) is best in show."

Best BUY (BBY Quote): "I'm liking Best Buy for its market share. I think the economy is coming back and that's best if show. I also like hhgregg (HGG Quote)."

Allied Irish Banks (AIB Quote): "We do not buy the common stock of any European banks, we only buy the preferred. I don't want you in the common."
