Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

MannKind (MNKD Quote): "This company has a lot of drug in trials right now. It's speculative. I like Gilead Sciences (GILD Quote) better. I'd rather see you in that one."

Tortoise Energy Infrastructure (TYG Quote): "I don't want you to be there. I think there are lot of better places to go. Oil's still coming down and you don't want to be levered to oil."

Dolby Labs (DLB Quote): "I think that's last year's stock. I'm not going to bless that stock."

FPL Group (FPL Quote): "I'm more partial to Consolidated Edison (ED Quote) and Exelon (EXC Quote) but I'm not going to discourage Florida Power right here."

Progress Energy (PGN Quote): "I think this one is terrific. But I think you could swap out of that one for Dominion Resources (D Quote), which is even better."
