Today's Lists on Stockpickr

After the market close, Stockpickr updates a series of portfolios called Today's Lists with information from that trading day. It's a useful tool for getting a quick picture of how the market moved that day.

Here's a sampling of what made Today's Lists today, July 8:

52-Week Highs: Hitting new highs on Wednesday were such stocks as Schering-Plough(SGP Quote), which rose to $25.69 before closing up 17 cents for the day at $25.27, and ImmunoGen(IMGN Quote), which hit a 52-week high or $9.05 before closing up a penny at $8.90.

Biggest % Gainers: Family Dollar Stores(FDO Quote) jumped 12.4% to close at $31.18 on Wednesday after reporting a third-quarter earnings beat. Amgen(AMGN Quote) was another big gainer, closing the day up 13.9% to $59.50.

Biggest % Losers: Some of the biggest percentage losers for the day were Genworth Financial(GNW Quote), which slid 12.2% to $5.32, and Renesola(SOL Quote), down 13% to $4.36.

Unusual Options Activity: Stocks experiencing unusually high option volume today included Potash(POT Quote), Visa(V Quote) and Allstate(ALL Quote).

Analyst Upgrades: ThinkEquity upgraded First Solar(FSLR Quote) to buy and cut its price target on the stock to $180 from $188. Citigroup upgraded Freeport-McMoRan(FCX Quote) to buy with a $58 price target.

Cramer's "Lightning Round": On last night's "Mad Money" show, Jim Cramer was bullish on Dendreon(DNDN Quote) but bearish on Research In Motion(RIMM Quote).
