Anmuth still rates eBay a neutral but raised his 2009 pro forma profit estimate 6 cents to $1.54 and he expects his analyst peers to follow suit as the stability picture gets clearer.

Amazon might still be king of the jungle, but eBay seems to be learning from the master.
