FedEx(FDX Quote): JPMorgan Chase(JPM Quote) raises stock to an outperform; target goes to $66.

Motorola(MOT Quote): Merrill Lynch/Bank of America(BAC Quote) raises stock to a buy -- $9 target price.

BHP Billiton(BHP Quote): Raised to a buy at Citigroup(C Quote).

ConAgra(CAG Quote): UBS(UBS Quote) upgrades stock to a buy -- $24 price target.

ConocoPhillips(COP Quote): Bernstein raises stock to an outperform.

E*TRADE(ETFC Quote): Raised to outperform at FBR -- $2 price target.

Rio Tinto(RTP Quote): Raised to a buy at ING(ING Quote).

Starbucks(SBUX Quote): Raised to an outperform at Baird.

Estee Lauder(EL Quote): Barclays(BCS Quote) upgrades stock to an equal weight -- target price raised to $32.

Agilent(A Quote): Barclays puts new $21 target on the stock.

Bed Bath & Beyond(BBBY Quote): UBS increases estimates ahead of this week's earnings -- $28 target price.

Palm(PALM Quote): Credit Suisse(CS Quote) raises target price to $18.

Priceline.com(PCLN Quote): UBS maintains neutral rating; raises target price to $118.

Red Hat(RHT Quote): Barclays raises target to $21.

Tyco Electronics(TEL Quote): Credit Suisse raises target to $22.50.

The key upgrades to watch will be Goldman Sachs, Priceline, FedEx and Rio Tinto, which is down nearly $60 in two weeks.
