Cramer's 'Stop Trading!': Goldman's Good
"Goldman(GS Quote) sells at a very low multiple," said Jim Cramer on Monday's "Stop Trading!" segment on CNBC. He owns the stock for his Action Alerts PLUS charitable trust and has "no desire" to sell it. "The company's cheap on earnings, and that does matter," he said.
Lincoln(LNC Quote) "just raised a lot of money" and is "getting completely smashed," as if the insurer hadn't raised that money, Cramer said. "Once they get the money, they're out of the woods, so you shouldn't be selling them!" He said that Lincoln's "actually cheap now that they raised the money." He said that the reason's Humana's(HUM Quote) been "so bad" is because of Medicare Advantage, said Cramer. "I think that what Obama's really mad about is the Medical Advantage and how much it's made for these companies," he said. WellPoint(WLP Quote) "has the least Medicare Advantage of the major HMOs," he said. While he doesn't recommend shorts, he said he'd be long WellPoint and not long Humana.- Loading Comments...
