Illinois Tool Works(ITW Quote): William Blair raising 2009-2010 estimates on increased guidance. Magna(MGA Quote): JPMorgan Chase(JPM Quote) upgrades stock to overweight -- $52 price target. Sina(SINA Quote): Goldman Sachs(GS Quote) raises the stock to its "conviction" buy list -- $38 price target. IBM (IBM Quote): Thomas Weisel raises target price to $140 from $120. Microsoft(MSFT Quote): Jefferies(JEF Quote) raises target price to $26 on anticipated launch of Windows 7. Omnicom Group(OMC Quote): Oppenheimer raises target price to $39 from $35.
