Limited Brands, Inc.(LTD Quote): Company looking to raise $500 million through senior notes offering. Lincoln National Corporation(LNC Quote): Announces $2 Billion offering of stock and debt. Dean Foods Company(DF Quote): Stock is lower after announcing acquisition Belgium's largest privately held food company.
Upgrades to Watch
Yahoo(YHOO Quote): Upgraded to a buy at Citigroup. $21 price target. Abbott Labs(ABT Quote): Morgan Stanley raises estimates. $55 price target. Broadcom(BRCM Quote): FBR lifts stock target to $29.50. Ebay(EBAY Quote): FBR puts $20 target price on stock. Temple-Inland(TIN Quote): Merrill Lynch/Bank of America raises target price to $16. Bank of America(BAC Quote): Rochdale Securities analyst Dick Bove raises target price from $5 to $19. Accenture(ACN Quote): Goldman Sachs raised rating to a buy from neutral. $36 price target. Dell Inc.(DELL Quote): Goldman raises stock to a neutral from a sell rating. $14 price target. DirecTV(DTV Quote): Pali Research initiates company with a buy rating. $32 price target. Mead Johnson Nutrition(MJN Quote): Goldman Sachs raises company to a buy from a neutral. $40 price target. A lot more upgrades this morning, and we are seeing a recent lovefest with EBAY and Yahoo from analysts. They went from being very "unloved" to highly embraced.
