DJO Sells Patterson Parts Of Empi Unit

NEW YORK (AP) — Medical device company DJO Inc. said Monday it sold parts of its Empi unit to dental and veterinary products supplier Patterson Cos. for an undisclosed sum.
St. Paul, Minn.-based Patterson purchased the rehabilitation equipment and supply catalogs business of Empi. DJO said the business generates annual sales of about $32 million.- Loading Comments...
