NYSE: Bank of America Corp., up 99 cents at $12.97 An analyst upgraded the bank's shares, saying it could repay its government bailout aid by early 2010 and can post higher profits. Wendy's/Arby's Group, down 3 cents at $3.97 The fast-food chain announced a plan to sell $500 million in bonds to pay down debt and, said an analyst, perhaps repurchase shares. Boeing Co., down $1.64 at $50.66 The aerospace company cuts its 20-year forecast for commercial airplanes by 1.4 percent as airlines cancel or delay orders.
