ACCO Sells Commercial Print Finishing Business

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. (AP) — Office products maker ACCO Brands Corp. said Thursday it completed the sale of its commercial print finishing business to India's Cosmo Films Ltd.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The commercial print finishing business, which posts about $100 million in revenue, was placed into discontinued operations in the fourth quarter. ACCO is keeping its digital print finishing business. BMO Capital Markets and Vedder Price P.C. advised ACCO on the sale. ACCO shares fell 3 cents to $3.35 in morning trading.- Loading Comments...
