Genesee & Wyoming Inc.(GWR Quote): Railroad play looking lower after warning about profit.

Del Monte Foods Company(DLM Quote): Stock is higher after raising guidance.

C.R. Bard, Inc.(BCR Quote): Company raising its dividend.

Clorox(CLX Quote): Stock is higher after raising dividend.

Upgrades to Watch

Bank of America(BAC Quote): Target price and estimates raised by two different analysts this morning.

Mastercard(MA Quote): Raised to a buy at Piper Jaffray.

Schlumberger(SLB Quote): Raised to a buy at Societe Generale.

Jones Apparel(JNY Quote): Upgraded to overweight at Morgan Stanley.

Darden Restaurants(DRI Quote): Morgan Stanley raises target to $41.

Vale(VALE Quote): Credit Suisse believes iron prices will benefit company.

Air Products(APD Quote): Jefferies sees shares reaching $78

Downgrades to Watch

UnitedHealth Group(UNH Quote): Cut to an underperform at Oppenheimer.

VistaPrint(VPRT Quote): Cut to a hold at Citigroup.

The keys to watch today will be if the transports feel any of the effect from the Genesee & Wyoming(GWR Quote) warning. Also, two key upgrades to watch will be in the financial space. BAC and MA were both given upgrades. If those shares can lift, traders may want to look at Blackrock(BLK Quote) once again. The stock has had a lot of momentum lately.
