Stock quotes in this article: COF , TXN , RFMD , QCOM , SWKS , MRVL

"If people are still calling it a rally in a bear market, then what is a bull market?" said Jim Cramer on CNBC's "Stop Trading!" segment on Tuesday.

He said he's "blown away" by stocks such as Marvell Technology(MRVL Quote) and Texas Instruments(TXN Quote) and recommended buying RF Micro(RFMD Quote). "When was the last time that RF Micro did well?" he said.

As for Skyworks(SWKS Quote), Cramer said it's "going to keep growing." Action Alerts PLUS name Qualcomm(QCOM Quote) is the "guts of all the 3G and 4G," he said.

Host Erin Burnett asked Cramer for his "biggest gamble" pick of 10 TARP repayers, and Cramer picked Capital One(COF Quote). "The biggest high-risk/high-reward play in this group is Capital One," he said. It "could be a gigantic stock, if you believe, as I do, that the economy's not running off the rails."
