Immucor Issues 2010 Profit And Sales Guidance

NORCROSS, Ga. (AP) Immucor Inc., which makes products used in blood transfusions, said Monday that it expects to earn $1.10 to $1.17 per share in fiscal 2010 on revenue of $322 million to $332 million.
The Norcross, Ga.-based company said its earnings per share estimate includes charges of about 4 cents per share related to a quality process improvement project. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters, on average, expect the company to earn $1.15 per share for the year ending May 31, 2010 on revenue of $331.09 million. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time charges and gains. The company is scheduled to hold a conference call Tuesday to review the 2010 guidance.
