NYSE AutoZone Inc., down $7.80 at $155.04 The automotive parts retailer said its fiscal third-quarter profit jumped 9.5 percent, helped by an increase in replacement-part sales. General Motors Corp., down 29 cents at $1.15 A bankruptcy filing seems inevitable after a rebellion by bondholders forced the automaker to withdraw a debt-for-equity plan. Zale Corp., down $1.03 at $4.01 The jeweler posted a wider fiscal third-quarter loss because of a drop in same-store sales and tough economic conditions. Monsanto Co., down $5.37 at $79.88 The agricultural products company said it now expects to meet the low end of its fiscal 2009 earnings guidance. Delta Air Lines Inc., down 69 cents at $5.56 The oil and gas producer said Chairman and Chief Executive Roger Parker is resigning from the company after 22 years. NASDAQ Dollar Tree Inc., up 90 cents at $45.30 The variety store operator's fiscal first-quarter profit rose nearly 39 percent as its low-price strategy drew more customers. SanDisk Corp., up $1.94 at $15.52 The company said it struck a seven-year deal that guarantees it a portion of Samsung Electronics Co.'s flash memory output.
