Innophos CFO To Resign In June
CRANBURY, N.J. (AP) — Phosphate manufacturer Innophos Holdings Inc. on Wednesday said its chief financial officer, Richard Heyse, will resign, effective June 4.
Heyse, 46, who has been with the company since 2005, plans to assume the role of CFO at WESCO International Inc., an electrical and industrial supplier. Mark Feuerbach, 50, currently Innophos' vice president treasury, financial planning and analysis, will assume the additional role of interim CFO, reporting to Chief Executive Randolph Gress. Meanwhile, WESCO said Wednesday that it will promote its chief operating officer John Engel to president and chief executive in September. Engel will succeed Roy W. Haley as CEO effective Sept. 1. As part of the restructuring, Stephen Van Oss will succeed Engel as chief operating officer on Sept. 1 and Heyse will replace Van Oss as CFO on June 15. Van Oss will continue as senior vice president and Heyse will also become vice president. Shares of Innophos fell 31 cents, or 1.9 percent, to $15.70 in afternoon trading.
