Dana Holding Names Sweetnam As CEO
TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) Auto-parts supplier Dana Holding Corp. on Wednesday named James E. Sweetnam as president and chief executive. He also will serve on the company's board.
Sweetnam, 56, replaces John Devine, who will remain as executive chairman. Sweetnam joins the company from Eaton Corp., where he served as president of the global truck group. Shares of Dana Holding were unchanged at $1.42 in midday trading.- Loading Comments...
