NEW YORK (AP) — Two analysts cut their ratings for ATC Technology Corp. after the vehicle remanufacturing and logistics company withdrew its full-year forecast following Honda's decision to drop its automatic transmissions remanufacturing service.

NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of Verigy Ltd. rose after the maker of semiconductor testing equipment reported a narrower fiscal second-quarter loss than analysts expected. The company also offered an encouraging outlook.

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Shares of Steel Dynamics Inc. rose as an analyst pointed to higher orders for the company's steel, a trend that could help lift quarterly earnings.

NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of hospital software provider MedAssets Inc. rose following an upgrade from a Robert W. Baird analyst, who said he expects sales to get stronger in the second half of 2009 and 2010.
