Ahead Of The Bell: Offshore Drillers Upgraded
Urban downgraded Diamond Offshore Drilling, citing competition which could pressure its mid-water rates. He added that its recent "significant cash payout is likely to be viewed as defensive at a time when the market is looking for a return to risk." He raised his price target for the company to $101 from $81. Diamond Offshore Drilling closed at $75.69 on Thursday.
