Gilead Sciences (GILD Quote): "This is the best house in a tough neighborhood. I feel that this one is going to come through this period terrifically, but you're going to have to take the pain while Obama doesn't like biotech."

Emerson Electric (EMR Quote): "I bought some for my trust this week. I don't care if the chart is bad, I'm not scared."

Starbucks (SBUX Quote): "I think that Starbucks could be in the midst of a turn but I'm still not sure. "

Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF Quote): "I was scalded by that equity offering they did. But now the damage is done and I think the risk is over."

WESCO International (WCC Quote): "I think it's too levered. I'd send you to Grainger WW (GWW Quote)."
