Halliburton Chief Distances Company From KBR
"The matters ... relate to KBR Inc.'s operations in Iraq," Halliburton said in a statement opposing the proposal. "We no longer own KBR."
Halliburton shares rose 71 cents, or 3.3 percent, to $22.65 in afternoon trading Wednesday. They've traded in a range of $12.80 to $55.38 in the past year. KBR shares rose 20 cents to $17.69. Their 52-week range is $9.78 to $38.41.- Loading Comments...
