M/I Homes Prices Stock Offer At $12.50 Per Share

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) Homebuilder M/I Homes Inc. said Tuesday it priced an offering of 4.35 million common shares at $12.50 apiece.
Net proceeds from the offering could reach $54.4 million, and the Columbus, Ohio-based homebuilder plans to use those funds for general corporate purposes. M/I Homes said the underwriters of the offering will have option to buy as many as 650,000 additional shares. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are the joint book-running managers of the offering. M/I Homes announced the stock offering Monday after the regular trading session.
