Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., down 15 cents at $14.60 The insurer said the Treasury Department named it eligible for $3.4 billion in aid from the bailout fund to strengthen its capital base. Abercrombie & Fitch Co., down $1.15 at $26.10 The apparel retailer posted a first-quarter due to a miss on women's trends and lower prices, and it may close down its Ruehl stores.
