JPMorgan Downgrades Coca-Cola Enterprises
Coke's main rival, PepsiCo Inc., and its two biggest bottlers are involved in a tug-of-war over their ownership. PepsiCo made a bid to buy the two bottlers, but both have rejected the offer, saying it is too low. PepsiCo has maintained the offer is fair.
Coca-Cola Enterprises shares fell 20 cents to $16.73 in morning trading. The stock is up 41 percent in the year to date and has more than doubled from its 52-week low of $7.25 in November.- Loading Comments...
