Life Partners Will Pay 25-cent Special Dividend

WACO, Texas (AP) — Financial services company Life Partners Holdings Inc. on Thursday declared a special dividend of 25 cents, in addition to its quarterly dividend of 7 cents.
The special dividend is payable on or about June 15 to shareholders of record as of May 25. The company previously announced a dividend of 7 cents to be paid around the same time. Life Partners buys life insurance policies from terminally ill patients and the elderly at a discount to their face value. Shares rose 14 cents to $15.39 in morning trading.- Loading Comments...
