NEW YORK (AP) — Fitch Ratings on Wednesday assigned an investment-grade rating on a number of bonds recently insured by Assured Guaranty Ltd.
Fitch assigned an "AA" rating on $111.3 million of South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority hospital refunding revenue bonds series 2009B; $20.3 million of Seminole County (FL) School Board COPs series 2009A; and $116.6 million of Beaumont Independent School District (TX) general obligation unlimited tax school building bonds series 2009.
