Arch Capital CEO Iordanou To Add Chairman Title

HAMILTON, Bermuda (AP) — Arch Capital Group Ltd., a provider of insurance and reinsurance products, said Tuesday that President and Chief Executive Constantine Iordanou will take on the additional role of chairman, effective in November.

Iordanou will succeed Paul B. Ingrey, who will retire as chairman on Nov. 6.

Additionally, John D. Vollaro, former chief financial officer and current senior adviser to the company, was appointed to the board. Current director Kewsong Lee was named to the newly created position of lead director, also effective in November.

Shares added 79 cents to $58.92 in morning trading.
