American Italian Pasta Names Curless To Board

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — American Italian Pasta Co., the nation's largest manufacturer of dry pasta, said Tuesday that it named Cathleen S. Curless as a board member.
Curless is the former chief information officer of Payless Shoesource Worldwide. She is currently a University of Kansas School of Business faculty member. Curless will serve on the board through the company's 2012 annual meeting. Shares of American Italian Pasta fell $3.47, or 10.9 percent, to $28.50 in electronic premarket trading.- Loading Comments...
