Cigna Corp., down $2.25 at $21.43 The White House said a consortium of health care providers proposed to cut costs for Americans by $2 trillion over 10 years. General Motors Corp., down 17 cents at $1.44 The automaker's chief executive said the likelihood of a bankruptcy protection filing before a June 1 government deadline is growing.
