RLI Raises Cash Dividend For 2Q To 27 Cents

PEORIA, Ill. (AP) — RLI Corp., a specialty insurance company, said Thursday that its board has declared a second-quarter cash dividend of 27 cents per share on its common stock.

The payout represents a 1-cent per share increase over last quarter's dividend, RLI said.

The dividend will be paid on July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 30.

RLI shares fell 92 cents to $46.79 in afternoon trading. The stock has traded between $42.51 and $72.09 during the past 52 weeks.
