Waste Management (WMI Quote): "This yields more than 4% and I want to buy right here."

Dryships (DRYS Quote): "This stock is the speculative playing in the group. May I recommend Frontline (FRO Quote) or Nordic American Tanker (NAT Quote)."

Tenet Healthcare (THC Quote): "No, this is a $2 stock. I think there are a lot better healthcare names out there. This market loves oil, tech and banks."

Potash (POT Quote): "I'm sending you to Terra Nitrogen (TNH Quote) with a better yield and also Sociedad Quimica (SQM Quote)."

Dr Pepper Snapple (DPS Quote): "No, I have enough problems with Pepsico (PEP Quote) for my charitable portfolio. I cannot recommend it."
